Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in ICT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery practices across multiple teams and enable AI-native engineering approaches.
• Coordinate planning, dependencies and delivery across teams.
• Lead workshops, planning sessions and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and unblock delivery risks and dependencies.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery support.
