Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead in Wellington to support the Data & Technology workstream within a large programme. The role focuses on embedding new ways of working across multiple teams, including AI-native engineering practices, and will require coordinating planning, priorities and delivery across teams.

The role is Wellington-based on a contract until June 2027, with opportunities to lead workshops, manage risks, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery across multiple teams and coordinating dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Background in Agile delivery environments and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern delivery and team operating practices across multiple teams.
• Support technical teams to experiment and establish AI-native development approaches and delivery practices.
• Coordinate planning, dependencies, priorities and delivery across multiple teams.
• Lead workshops, planning sessions and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and unblock delivery risks and dependencies.
