Keith Andrews Trucks in Seaview, Lower Hutt, is seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose faults, repair and service heavy vehicles, and work with premium brand trucks in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified Heavy Diesel or Automotive Technician.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working on heavy vehicles or diesel engines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults across diesel engines and vehicle systems.
• Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Complete job documentation and maintain accurate service records.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment.

What's on Offer?

• $40 - $48 per hour depending on experience
• Guaranteed 45 hours per week
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

About the Role

As a Heavy Diesel Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers' trucks and commercial vehicles operating safely and efficiently.

Working in our well-equipped Seaview workshop, you'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out servicing, and work with some of the world's most recognised commercial vehicle brands.
