Job summary

Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd, part of the Sime Motors group, is seeking an experienced technician in Palmerston North. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy trucks, perform routine maintenance, and support apprentices while collaborating with a skilled team.

The Role

With the addition of Volvo Truck & Bus and UD Trucks to our existing franchises weare looking for experienced technicians with a passion for our brands.

Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the Service Foreman, you’ll diagnose and repair mechanical issues using cutting-edge diagnostic tools, and conduct routine maintenance, service, and inspections to keep our trucks performing at their best. You’ll collaborate with experienced pros, mentor apprentices, and continuously grow your skills.
