Due to continued growth and the launch of an exciting new business venture, Fairview Motors is seeking an ambitious and driven Tyre & Wheel Alignment Centre Manager to lead the next stage of our journey.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing business, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in establishing one of the Waikato's premier tyre and wheel alignment centres.

About the Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional workshop management role.

You'll be responsible for leading all aspects of the business including:

  • Team leadership and staff development
  • Sales growth and business development
  • Customer experience and retention
  • Workshop productivity and efficiency
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Financial performance and profitability

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape the future direction of the business while building a culture focused on exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
