Qualifications

• Previous administrative or sales support experience in a dealership or automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales executives with processing vehicle sales orders and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and customer data.
• Prepare sales reports and financial documentation as required.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding sales, financing, and vehicle availability.
• Liaise with finance and insurance to facilitate sales transactions.
• Ensure the sales area is well-presented and organized.
• Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and events.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow up after sale.
• Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Sales Manager.
