Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking an Autoglass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass using cutting-edge tools. You will interact with customers, offer value-added products, and ensure every interaction is excellent.

No prior Autoglass experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for overseas assignments and national qualification.

Qualifications

• Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work and a keen eye for detail.
• No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as training is provided.
• Must have a clean driver’s license (restricted or full class) and unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

Location: Smith&Smith Dunedin

Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we’re looking for

Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

A passion for exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value-added products and services.

Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.

A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.

You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test.
