Job summary

Iplex NZ in Auckland is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across the wider Auckland region, from Kaikohe through to Bombay, delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will develop plans to grow sales and market share while meeting budgets and building strong partner relationships.

Key duties include partnering with merchants, managing pricing and contract renewals, delivering product training, and identifying growth opportunities with current and new partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in plumbing, building, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate value and align solutions with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with core merchants to provide end-to-end service from securing the business to delivery.
• Achieve sales budgets, manage pricing, orders, renewals and promotions.
• Deliver product training and merchandising resources for channel partners.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and new partners.
