Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our Electrical sales team. You will develop and manage customer relationships across Central Auckland, North Auckland and Northland, working with wholesalers, contractors and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.

This field-based role suits an experienced sales professional or electrician moving from the tools, who thrives on autonomy and product training. A NZ driver’s licence and NZ residency are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in territory sales and account management.
• Electrical tradespeople with solid technical understanding and strong client relationships.
• Experience in project sales with influence on specifications and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with Marley value proposition.
• NZ driver’s licence and NZ citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, end users and stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the territory.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, technical advice, training and support.
• Manage relationships across the territory with regular customer visits.
• Guide projects from specification through to completion.
• Conduct regular territory planning aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Use sales data and market insights to refine the sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, seamless service.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM.
