Lineage Logistics seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the Wiri, Auckland operation and a smaller site at Kerepehi. You will oversee ~45 staff, drive safety, operational performance and customer relations, and deliver strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a complex operational environment.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or manufacturing.
• Strong health and safety understanding and commitment to a safe workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop people and build high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial capability with budgets, costs and performance.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing at the heart of operations.
• Provide visible, positive, accountable leadership across the site and develop capability.
• Drive operational performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, commercially successful customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customers and develop new business.
• Take ownership of site financial performance, including budgets, costs, forecasting and variance management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, asset utilisation and maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with Lineage policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to deliver broader Lineage objectives.
