Job summary

Lineage New Zealand is seeking an experienced General Manager - Operations for Auckland to lead our flagship Wiri facility and oversee the Kerepehi site. You will shape safety culture, drive performance, and develop leaders across a large frontline workforce.

This is a strategic, commercially focused role requiring strong P&L acumen, customer relationships, and the ability to implement continuous improvement across operations.
