We're a tīma that likes to have fun, tautoko each other and mahi together. We're also a tīma that likes to set and achieve goals, and mahi hard and smart to do it.
What is your management style?
Collaborative, supportive, engaging, down to earth and focused. It's about understanding each part of our tīma, our remit and getting an operating rhythm that helps us to deliver what we need to together.

There's a lot to learn! Tax compliance sits across all customer types, so it touches almost every area of the bank from minors to complex entities.

Same as above!
