Aon’s Auckland team is looking for an Associate Director – Professional Risks to provide senior leadership across a portfolio of financial lines clients.
As an Associate Director within our Professional Risks division, you will be the primary senior contact for a portfolio of key accounts. You will shape client risk and insurance strategies, lead renewals and insurer negotiations, and coordinate the wider Aon team to deliver integrated solutions across Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O), Professional Indemnity/Errors & Omissions (PI/E&O), cyber, crime and broader management liability.
You will also play a key role in driving growth by identifying and converting new and expanded business opportunities within the Professional Risks portfolio. This includes leading elements of client pitches, developing go‑to‑market strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and present tailored solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability in financial lines along with a proven track record in client leadership and business development.
Additional Requirements: You will also be required to hold the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance (or equivalent), or be prepared to obtain the requisite professional qualification within required timeframes.
