Aon Corporation in Auckland is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Corporate Broking team. You will service a book of corporate clients, be the primary point of contact, and drive growth through proactive client management and high-quality advice.
Key duties include preparing proposals for new business opportunities, coordinating renewals and premium calculations, and mentoring junior team members.

As an Associate Director you will service a book of corporate clients and be the key point of contact, providing professional, accurate and efficient response to clients needs. Not only will you maintain a strong relationship with current clients, but you will also identify opportunities for growth and new business.
You will be a natural at building lasting, trusted relationships. Key to being successful in this role, is your experience in the insurance field, within a corporate book. Though this is not a leadership role, you will demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior members of the team.
