Job summary

Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina & Taco Joint in Mount Maunganui is seeking a superstar Duty Manager to lead on the floor, coach team members, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Duty Manager’s licence, have at least one year of experience in a similar role, and stay up-to-date with licensing regulations to drive consistent, high-quality service for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have current Duty Manager’s Licence.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a focus on guest experience.
• Effectively manage shifts and staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety compliance and good governance on site.

Rosie's is on the hunt for a superstar Duty Manager; it’s a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so ideally, you’ll need a current Duty Manager’s License and at least one years’ experience in a similar role with up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations to hit the ground running.
