Job summary

Macpac, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Queenstown store. You will lead a hands-on team, deliver top-tier customer service, drive sales, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic outdoor retail environment.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and mentor staff while maintaining store presentation and stock control. This role suits a proactive leader who thrives on KPIs and team development.
