Petstock Papamoa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world-class customer service.

You will mentor staff, coach on product knowledge, stock control, and merchandising, while upholding safety and fostering an inclusive, fun in-store culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to manage stock and stock integrity processes.
• Assist in managing visual merchandising and maintain VM standards.
• Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services.
• Recruit, onboard and induct high-caliber new team members.
• Create a fun, supportive in-store culture.
• Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
