Behind every shop is a team making it all happen. Our depot plays a key part in keeping goods moving, supporting our shops and making the most of the community’s generosity. As a Storeperson, your practical, hands‑on work will help turn donations into care.

As Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in a high‑volume charity retail environment - working alongside the Shop Manager to ensure the shop runs efficiently day to day. This hands‑on role, in a dynamic, 7‑day work environment will suit a retail leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, juggling priorities, and keeping momentum high. The shop is supported by paid staff and volunteers and you’ll create a positive, inclusive team culture where people feel valued, supported, and clear about expectations - even on the busiest days.
The key tasks of the position include:
The hours are Sunday 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Additional hours may be required from time to time to cover annual leave and sickness.
