Arohanui Hospice in Palmerston North provides specialist and palliative care for patients with life‑limiting illnesses, while supporting families and whānau. Located in Palmerston North, we service the Manawatu, Tararua, Horowhenua and Rangitikei/Taihape regions. Our name, Arohanui — “with much love” — is at the centre of everything we do. While our care is provided free of charge, it costs millions each year to deliver. Our Hospice Shops play a vital role in raising the funds that make this care possible. We are seeking a dynamic Levin Shop Manager to lead our Levin store — a high‑profile role supported by a talented team of staff and passionate volunteers who give their time to support our mission.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Driving the strategic direction and day‑to‑day performance of the Levin store

• Coaching, developing and empowering employees and volunteers
