Job summary

Hallensteins in Christchurch is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, driving sales, leading from the front, and ensuring peak performance across the team. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and keep stock in check while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on rostering, targets, daily operations, and cultivating a high-energy, results-driven store environment with opportunities for growth into Store Manager roles.

About the Role
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to drive the business. You’ll be leading from the front, making sure the store performs, the team stays sharp, and every customer walks out looking and feeling good.

In this role, you’ll:
