Job summary

Repco Wanaka is seeking a supervisory leader for a new store opening. You will support the Branch Manager, drive sales, and organise daily staff activities to foster a strong team culture. You will ensure exceptional customer service, accurate product advice, and maintain store presentation while adhering to policies, with safety as a priority. The role involves lifting and climbing as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervision or leadership role.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail or a related trade position.
• Knowledge or understanding of automotive products (or willingness to learn).
• Effective communication style at all levels.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance
• Motivating and organising staff daily to create a great team culture
• Providing exceptional customer service and accurate advice to our customers
• Processing retail and trade sales
• Building strong relationships with key customers and team members alike
• Maintaining a high standard of branch presentation
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
