Job summary

Repco in Auckland is recruiting for a Branch Supervisor on a fixed-term contract until 14 July 2027. You will report to the Branch Manager and act as their eyes and ears on the shop floor, driving sales and ensuring top customer service.

You will lead staff, support branch initiatives, and maintain safety and branch presentation daily. Prior experience in retail supervision and automotive product knowledge is preferred; a positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervision or leadership role.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail or a related trade position
• Knowledge or understanding of automotive products (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication style at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance
• Motivate and organise staff daily to create a great team culture
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate product advice
• Process retail and trade sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Maintain a high standard of branch presentation
