Job summary

Repco is opening a brand-new store in Wanaka, Otago. As a Retail Assistant you’ll ensure every customer has a great in-store experience, guiding product choices, upselling where appropriate, and processing sales at the till. This is a customer-focused, part-time role with flexible weekend coverage.

You’ll join a supportive team with training provided on products, safety standards and company processes, contributing to a busy, results-driven sales environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused; experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Interest in automotive is a plus.
• Confident in a retail/sales environment with varied customers.
• Strong communication and phone manner; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impression with customers.
• Have superstar selling skills that contribute to store sales performance.
• Be a team player and contribute toward the store's success.
