Job summary

Repco Auckland is seeking a supervisor to join our busy branch. You will report to the Branch Manager, drive sales initiatives, and lead a small team on the shop floor.

Key duties include motivating staff, delivering excellent customer service, processing retail and trade sales, and maintaining branch presentation. This role requires lifting and climbing, with a fixed-term contract until July 14, 2027.

Qualifications

• Supervision or leadership experience.
• 2+ years in retail or related trade.
• Knowledge of automotive products or willingness to learn.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance.
• Motivate and organise staff daily to create a great team culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate advice to customers.
• Process retail and trade sales.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and team members.
• Maintain a high standard of branch presentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to safety by putting safety first and making it home.
