Job summary

BNT is seeking an experienced people leader to become Assistant Branch Manager at our Canterbury branch. You’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, support a diverse team, and drive strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions, promote a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace, and have opportunities to progress with our parent company, Bapcor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Excel skills are advantageous.
• Genuine interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and keep accurate records.
• Team-first approach; willing to pitch in.
