Job summary

BNT is seeking an experienced people leader to become Assistant Branch Manager at our Canterbury branch. You’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, support a diverse team, and drive strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions, promote a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace, and have opportunities to progress with our parent company, Bapcor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Excel skills are advantageous.
• Genuine interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and keep accurate records.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our branch!

As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results. You’ll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you’ll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.
