This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of facilities and asset maintenance services across Auckland's rail network, helping ensure our stations, depots, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Auckland One Rail (AOR) is a joint venture between ComfortDelGro and UGL, responsible for operating Auckland's passenger rail services and maintaining stations, depots, and train fleet assets. Safety, customer service, integrity, respect, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Stations Delivery Manager, you'll provide coordination and administration support across a range of asset and facilities management activities. You'll work closely with contractors, Auckland Transport, KiwiRail, and internal stakeholders to help drive contractor performance, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys keeping multiple workstreams organised and on track.
Experience within rail, transport, infrastructure, property, facilities, or other asset-intensive environments will be highly regarded.
At Auckland One Rail, you'll join a collaborative team committed to delivering safe, reliable services for Aucklanders. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure across asset operations, facilities management, and key stakeholder relationships within a critical public transport environment.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately four months, ending in early December 2026.
If you're an organised and proactive coordinator looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
