Job summary

Citycare Property is seeking a Senior Asset Management and Technical Services Lead to shape strategy, mentor a high‑performing team and drive continuous improvement. Based in Christchurch, you will blend data, technology and best practice to improve asset outcomes for customers and communities.

Lead Asset Management, GIS and Technical Services, grow the capability, pursue new opportunities and support tenders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Asset Management or a similar field.
• People leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO 55001 and asset management best practice.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Ready to take the lead in shaping how asset management and technical services are delivered across Citycare Property?

Based in Christchurch, this senior leadership role combines strategy, people leadership and innovation.

You’ll lead our Asset Management, GIS and Technical Services functions, helping customers make better decisions through data, technology and industry-leading asset management practices.

You’ll also play a key role in growing our technical services capability and exploring new opportunities for the future
