Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Asset Management or a similar field.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with ISO 55001 and asset management best practice.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Management, GIS and Technical Services team.
- Drive asset management strategy and continuous improvement.
- Champion GIS, BWOF and emerging technical service offerings.
- Build trusted customer relationships and provide expert advice.
- Turn data and insights into better asset and maintenance outcomes.
- Support business growth, tenders and new opportunities
