We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Ashburton operation and help shape the next chapter of Good Work at Fulton Hogan. This is a broad leadership role with oversight across the branch's Ashburton District Council Road Maintenance Contract, as well as a contracting and quarry operations, so you'll be responsible for a variety of work that keeps the branch and the wider Canterbury region moving.
As the Ashburton Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of 45 staff, where you will lead from the front with a low-ego, high-expectation approach. You'll be trusted to drive performance, support your people and deliver effective, efficient and profitable outcomes across all divisions operating within the branch.
