Fulton Hogan seeks an experienced Ashburton Branch Manager to lead a 45‑strong team across road maintenance, contracting and quarry operations. You will drive safety, profitability and customer outcomes while aligning with regional strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and a collaborative style to build relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams across Canterbury.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a management role within infrastructure and construction.
• Proven ability to lead people and drive performance across a complex operation.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Ability to develop and deliver strategic actions aligned to regional goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ashburton Branch and a team of 45 staff to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes across all divisions.
• Drive branch performance in line with regional strategy and long-term objectives.
• Build an inclusive, accountable culture where ideas matter and people excel.
• Lead and support people leaders to achieve high standards in delivery, safety and customer outcomes.
• Oversee the branch's financial performance and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve, grow and move the branch forward.
