What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer in our AI team, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that support our business and deliver real value to our staff and customers. You’ll work closely with talented colleagues in a collaborative environment, helping to shape the future of data-driven decision making at AA. Using a best of class AI environment, your work will involve developing and supporting AI systems, ensuring documentation is up to date, integrating solutions with other AA systems, and contributing to a safe and innovative workplace. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills through ongoing learning and development.

About You | Mōu

You’ll have proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining AI or machine learning solutions. You have strong programming skills in languages like Python, experience with cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of AI algorithms and software engineering best practices. You’re a natural problem-solver, able to interpret business needs and turn them into practical solutions, and you thrive in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment.
