Job summary

Smith&Smith is seeking an Area Manager for North Auckland and Northland to oversee operations across corporate service locations and mobile services. You will hire, train and develop regional teams, while implementing Belron standards and driving profitability.

You will foster strong relationships, lead diverse teams across geographies, and travel frequently to support dealers and initiatives. A full NZ driver’s licence and unrestricted work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Seasoned in managing multiple branches across geographies.
• Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Customer focused with a commitment to delivering first-class experience; account- or sales-management experience preferred.
• Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.
• Passion for Smith&Smith’s mission to keep Kiwis safe on the road, at home and at work.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

**About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith - North Auckland and Northland Region** Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith corporate service locations and mobile services, support authorised dealers and business development opportunities in the North Auckland and Northland Region. You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success.
