Responsibilities

• Primarily Key Account Management with some Sales activity.
• Maintain and develop relationships with Cleantastic franchisees.
• Help franchisees become successful business owners.
• Build relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service with regular quality control check-ins.
• Identify opportunities within existing clients to grow sales.
• Maintain accurate database and records.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed.

The Role:

• Primarily Key Account Management with a dash of Sales
• Maintain and develop relationships with Cleantastic franchisees
• Help our franchisees in every way to become successful business owners
• Build relationships with both existing and new clients
• Liaise with clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service including regular quality control check-ins
• Identify opportunities within the existing client base to grow sales
• Maintain an accurate database and record keeping
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed

As the Ideal Candidate you will have:

• An ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people
• Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal
• An ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at the same time
• A fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude and an ability to work well in a small team
• Good time management and organisation skills

• A strong eye for detail and upholding cleaning standards
• A valid full NZ Drivers licence
