As a Team Leader within Outpatient Scheduling Services, you will provide day-to-day leadership, direction and support to Booking Clerks, helping the team deliver accurate and effective administrative services. You will manage rosters and service coverage, balance workloads and priorities, support staff development, and respond to immediate operational requirements. Working closely with the Service Manager Hospital Administration Services, you will identify opportunities for service improvement and support the introduction of new clerical processes, systems and ways of working. Our team supports Outpatient services across Te Tai Tokerau, providing essential administrative coordination for patients and clinicians. This role works closely with the Service Manager Hospital Administration Services, outpatient leadership, administration teams, clinicians and other internal services. This role also builds effective relationships with patients and whānau, primary care providers, external agencies and regional booking and administration teams.
