Job summary

Repco in Queenstown, Otago, is seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our vibrant store team. You’ll be hands-on with product placement, promotions, merchandising and top-notch customer service on the shop floor.

You’ll lead by example, maintain store standards and stock levels, and contribute to visually appealing displays while delivering friendly service to every customer. Previous retail experience and a flair for presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is essential for this role, particularly with merchandising exposure.
• Demonstrates a creative flare for store presentation and product placement.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customers
• Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in-store promotions
• Ensuring a high store presentation standards
• Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked.
