You will establish standards, guide delivery planning, and partner with BI, Data Engineering, Product, and Technology to ensure reliable, secure, and accessible analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior analytics engineering professional with people leadership experience.
• Ability to establish and evolve data standards, governance, and scalable data products.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop the Analytics Engineering team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Coordinate the analytics engineering roadmap across strategic work, BAU, and projects.
• Set standards for data modelling, transformation, testing, deployment, and governance.
• Provide SME-level guidance on analytics engineering craft and shared technical practice.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data products.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, security, accessibility, retention, and governance practices.
