Job summary

Lincoln University seeks an Alumni Relationships Officer to build lifelong connections with alumni through engagement communications, events, storytelling and relationship management. This permanent role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE).

The salary for this position is NZD 85,000 - 95,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will manage the alumni database, plan events in New Zealand and internationally, and deliver communications that showcase alumni

Qualifications

• We require a tertiary qualification in business development, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing or events.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with alumni and identifying opportunities for alumni involvement across the University.
• Planning and delivering alumni events, reunions and engagement activities in New Zealand and internationally.
• Managing and maintaining the alumni database, including data quality, research and reporting.
• Creating engaging alumni communications, newsletters, digital content and success stories.
• Coordinating alumni networks, communities and engagement initiatives to strengthen Lincoln University connections.
• Monitoring and reporting on alumni engagement activities, event outcomes and KPIs.
