Job summary

Christchurch International Airport is seeking a Part-time Valet Customer Services Coordinator to join our new Valet Operations team. You will be the friendly face welcoming customers, handle vehicle handovers with care, and deliver a premium valet experience in a kiosk-based setting.

Roles include opening and managing the kiosk, relocating vehicles within the airport precinct when needed, and maintaining safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive a range of vehicles confidently (manual and automatic).
• Safety focused and customer minded.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility and positive attitude.
• Ability to pass Ministry of Justice checks and have the right to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage the kiosk.
• Welcome customers as they arrive and provide valet service.
• Safely relocate and park vehicles within the airport precinct.
• Maintain high service standards with minimal supervision.
• Attend induction and training sessions.
