Job summary

Christchurch Airport is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our new Valet Operations team. You’ll welcome customers, manage vehicle handovers with care, and deliver a seamless premium valet experience across the airport precinct.

This part-time, fixed-term role covers early-morning shifts, with induction starting 24 September and shifts from 29 September. You’ll work mostly at the kiosk, with occasional driving responsibilities, and need a full, clean driver’s licence and a safety-first

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full, clean driver's licence.
• Ability to drive a range of vehicles (manual and automatic).
• Safety focused and customer minded.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility and positive attitude.
• Ability to pass Ministry of Justice checks and have the right to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage the kiosk, welcoming customers on arrival.
• Safely relocate and park customers’ vehicles within the airport precinct.
• Maintain high service standards, often working without direct supervision.
• Deliver a premium valet experience with attention to safety.
