Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking energetic part-time Customer Service Agents at Wellington Airport. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, delivering Kiwi hospitality from check-in through boarding and helping with digital systems as needed.

We operate a 24/7, busy environment requiring resilience, flexibility for rotating shifts, and a friendly, proactive attitude to support customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to troubleshoot digital systems and type accurately.
• Physically fit for walking up to 8km daily and standing for extended periods.
• NZ work eligibility and NZ licence when applying.
• Fully available for rotating rostered shift work.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with customers from check-in to boarding.
• Provide technical assistance to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Demonstrate Kiwi hospitality, empathy and professionalism.
• Adapt to a 24/7 environment with rotating rosters.
