Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly competent Aircraft Dispatcher to manage flight operations remotely from New Zealand. You will monitor conditions, coordinate with flight crews and ground teams, and ensure flights operate safely and efficiently in compliance with regulations.

The role requires an Aircraft Dispatcher certificate and proven experience in flight operations, with strong meteorology and navigation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Aircraft Dispatcher certificate (SACAA, FAA, EASA or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Aircraft Dispatcher or Flight Operations Officer.
• In-depth knowledge of meteorology, navigation, air traffic control procedures, and aircraft systems.
• Proficiency with flight planning software, weather systems, and communication technologies.
• Excellent decision‑making capabilities, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
