Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily dispatch operations for a fleet of drivers, coordinating schedules and routes from a remote position.
• Monitor shipment status and driver locations using GPS tracking and dispatch software.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
• Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during operations, implementing timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery times, and any operational exceptions.
• Liaise with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse operations, to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related transportation role, with experience working remotely.
