About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and thorough Aviation Compliance Auditor to join their regulatory affairs team in Queenstown. This role is critical for ensuring that all company operations strictly adhere to national and international aviation regulations, standards, and best practices. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions to maintain the highest levels of operational integrity and safety. This position requires a deep understanding of the aviation regulatory landscape and the ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely to assess compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct comprehensive audits of aviation operations, including maintenance, flight operations, and ground handling.
• Assess compliance with relevant aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, ICAO) and internal policies.
• Identify discrepancies, non-conformities, and potential risks to safety and regulatory adherence.
• Develop detailed audit reports outlining findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
