Job summary

EROAD is seeking a Tech Lead for a Manila delivery squad to steer design and delivery while remaining hands-on with code. You’ll guide high-performing developers, decompose tasks between AI agents and humans, and ensure robust production-grade software on EROAD’s SaaS platform.

Bring real-world AI tooling experience, strong Java/C# backend skills, microservices expertise and a passion for observability, testing and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Real-world experience using AI coding tools or agents in production engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers through design, implementation, review and delivery.
• Unblock engineers and keep design decisions moving.
• Decompose engineering tasks between AI agents and human judgement.
• Review AI-generated code and catch failure modes before they reach production.
• Coach the squad on using AI tools well without lowering the quality bar.
• Stay hands-on with implementation across EROAD’s SaaS platform.
