Job summary

EROAD Ltd is seeking a Tech Lead to sit inside a delivery squad and stay close to the code while shaping how the team works. You will lead developers through design, implementation, review and delivery, unblock engineers, decompose tasks between AI agents and human judgement, and review AI-generated code to prevent production issues.

The role requires hands-on backend expertise, production AI tooling experience, and strong cloud-native skills with Java/Spring or .NET, plus microservices, REST

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leadership with depth in modern backend engineering.
• Experience using AI coding tools or agents in production engineering.
• Production experience with Java and/or C#.
• Cloud-native development on AWS with Java/Spring, or Azure with .NET.
• Microservice architecture and RESTful API design experience.
• Experience with monitoring/observability and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
