Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and administer the company’s first structured training operation. You will work with the International People & Culture Director, OD Director, and subject matter experts to schedule, brief and support delivery of sessions across the business.

The role focuses on centralizing training materials, automating admin tasks with AI, and ensuring every session lands well and delivers a high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong program coordination and administration experience across busy calendars.
• Confidence chasing internal experts and external speakers and maintaining relationships.
• Enjoy using AI to automate admin-heavy work and improve logistics.
• Familiarity with LMS or content platforms and session recording/ tagging.
• Practical, get-it-done mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training calendar across all programs, scheduling, invites, room and tech bookings.
• Coordinate internal experts and external speakers for specialist sessions.
• Maintain a central repository for training materials, recordings and resources.
• Set cadence for reviewing and refreshing content to keep it current.
• Automate administrative tasks such as reminders, attendance tracking and tagging.
• Draft communications and summarize feedback using AI tools to keep the repository organized.
• Track attendance, engagement and impact, feeding insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure training modules are marked complete and reviewed by leaders.
