You will gather requirements with stakeholders, map journeys, and create artefacts such as user stories and high-level designs, collaborating with product teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver AI-powered Agentforce solutions and customer journeys.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solution designs.
• Lead journey mapping and process design workshops.
• Create AI workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions.
