Fusion5 in Auckland is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to design, deliver and optimise Generative and Agentic AI solutions for client businesses. You will lead engagements, from discovery to deployment, translating complex challenges into secure, scalable AI capabilities while shaping strategies with key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to presales, and build trusted relationships to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise technology.
Proven experience delivering production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Strong capability with Microsoft Copilot Studio, 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI.
Experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and solution-shaping skills.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver and optimise Generative and Agentic AI solutions that create business value.
Lead AI engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption.
Translate business challenges into secure, scalable AI solutions.
Facilitate workshops, shape solutions and contribute to proposals and estimates.
Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic AI transformation guidance.
Collaborate with consultants, architects and specialists to deliver outcomes.
