Qualifications

Experience managing programmes in a customer environment and delivering technology and business transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to influence executives, manage multiple projects, and align diverse workstreams.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex programmes in consulting or client environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and oversee governance & delivery across complex IT environments.
Lead design, planning and scheduling for applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines align with requirements.
Define and manage resources, budgets, approvals, and track financial performance and benefits realization.
Identify risks, issues and changes; manage change plans and assess business impact.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage vendor contracts.
Oversee business continuity planning and health & safety compliance within the function.
Lead software development phases from requirements through implementation.
